We strive to use only the highest quality of archival, cotton-rag, museum quality paper and the finest quality of water-based inks for all editions. The paper used is typically noted with each edition listing. Due to the hand-made nature of the screen-printing process, each print may vary slightly. We carefully inspect all prints to make sure they are void of any flaws, bends, creases or handling marks.
In some cases, artists choose to create “HPM’s” or Hand Painted Multiples. These are one-of-a-kind, unique works that have merged elements of the screen-printing process with handwork in mixed media by the artists. Evidence of the artist's hand is to be expected with some of these editions.
All prints are released arbitrarily. The best way to be notified of new releases is by signing up for our Newsletter and by following us on social media. All prints are available on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be reserved or purchased prior to their release.
Unless otherwise noted, all prints are signed and numbered by the artist and bear the blind embossment of Misc. Press in the lower corner of the print. We do not produce nor sell open-edition or unsigned prints.
We typically ship all prints loosely rolled in a oversized 6" or 8" diameter tube. Some fragile prints may be shipped flat in flat-pack boxes.
The United States Post Office is our preferred carrier for all domestic and international shipping. We ship domestic via Priority Mail, fully insured with tracking information provided.
We try our best to ship our all orders the week they are received, however some fragile and/or larger works require longer handling and packaging time and can take up to 3-4 weeks.
No returns or refunds are permitted with the exception of damaged prints. If your print is damaged upon arrival, it must be noted to us within 72 hours and the damaged print returned to us within 10 days. A replacement print will be sent upon receipt. If the edition is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
We carefully selects all artists we collaborate with. Rarely do we accept unsolicited artist submissions or "for hire" print requests. Galleries seeking to have works published are encouraged to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our gallery and printshop is located near Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Occasionally, we are open for special events or open-studio visits; otherwise, we are available by appointment only.
